Most of what we carry is ECOS PRO and Method, alongside Puracy and Cleancult. For disinfecting we use non-chlorine, non-ammonia disinfectants, and for mould we use Benefect, a botanical disinfectant. All of it is off-the-shelf and labelled — nothing decanted into unmarked bottles, nothing we can’t tell you the contents of. There is no separate “eco package” to select and no surcharge for asking.
We started this way for an unglamorous reason: the founder has three kids under six, and didn’t want a cleaning service leaving a chemical haze in a house with a baby on the floor. It turned out most clients wanted the same thing and had simply never been offered it. Going non-toxic doesn’t mean going without — it means the disinfectant is thyme-based rather than chlorine-based.
What we never bring: bleach, ammonia, or anything that needs the windows open to be safe. That isn’t a limitation on what we can tackle — illness in the home and mould both have non-toxic answers we already carry.
